This property, on the market for over 40 years, predating the inception of GiO, reflects the prolonged sales cycles often associated with Patrimonial properties. Regarded as one of the last ruins of this magnitude, or what we term 'whale property,' it has been in the current family's possession for over halve a century. Complicating matters, the property has never undergone successions, posing a significant obstacle to its sale. Additionally, a legal dispute involving one of the part owners has elevated the matter to judicial instances, contributing to a lack of interest among stakeholders in maintaining the property's physical structure.
